2025 ADHA FOUNDATION WELLNESS CHALLENGE
The ADHA Foundation is excited to offer TWO wellness-focused events for this year's Annual Conference. Now you'll have two chances to participate in some friendly competition amongst your peers as you track steps and work your way up the leaderboard. Strive to reach your personal goals, find opportunities to boost your points with daily bonus missions and earn chances to earn exciting giveaways all while helping to support the ADHA Foundation's mission.
ADHA25 Wellness Countdown (new this year)
This year we're offering an opportunity for our health-conscious members to share their wellness journey leading up to the ADHA25, while raising funds for the ADHA Foundation. The ADHA25 Wellness Countdown is a peer-to-peer fundraiser where you can set your own personalized goals, create a page to share with colleagues, family and friends, collect pledges and funds from your network of supporters, and post updates and connect with fellow participants about your progress along the way. Join as an individual or create a team. Either way, registration for this event is free and details can be found on the
ADHA25 Wellness Countdown Website.
The ADHA25 Wellness Countdown runs from now until Wednesday, October 1.
PRIZES
- The individual that raises the most money by Oct. 1 will receive a $275 gift card to apply to a FabFitFun annual membership.
- The team that raises the most money by Oct. 1 will receive up to (5) complimentary conference registrations to ADHA26.
2025 ADHA Foundation Wellness Challenge
Registration is $20 for regular members or $10 for Legacy League members and will follow a 2-step process:
- First, participants must register at the Annual Wellness Challenge Website.
- Then, as the event draws near, those that registered will receive a special signup code associated with the event, so they can complete their registration in the *YuMuuv app. Further details can be found at Getting started | Help center | YuMuuv

MILESTONE PRIZES
All participants reaching an activity milestone will be eligible to pick up a
prize from the ADHA Foundation booth (*while supplies last):
- 10,000 points
- 25,000 points
- 50,000 points
- Over 100,000 points
CHALLENGE PRIZES
- Day #1: One of our TOP 25 individuals from the first 24 hours of the competition will be randomly selected and receive a NutriBullet Special Edition Pro 900. Winner will be announced after 5pm on Saturday, October 4, via a push notification on the ADHA25 conference app.
- Day #2: One of our TOP 15 individual from the first 48 hours of the competition will be randomly selected to receive a complimentary registration to ADHA26. The winner will be announced after 5pm on Sunday, October 5, via a push notification on the ADHA25 conference app.
- Day #3: One of our TOP 5 individuals from the entire competition will be randomly selected to receive a $500 Athleta Gift Card. The winner will be announced after 9am on Monday, October 6, via a push notification on the ADHA25 conference app.
All proceeds from both events will benefit ADHA Foundation programs that support scholarships and grants for the fiscal year.
