Organizing ADHA25 involves extensive planning and resources, with total costs exceeding $1 million, covering vendor fees, AV, events, staff, and more. The actual cost per attendee is around $850, but we cover nearly half of this to keep fees more affordable. We’re committed to offering scholarships and volunteer opportunities to make ADHA25 accessible for everyone, ensuring diverse voices and experiences enrich our event and our profession.
